Outdoor education .... we sometimes school outside if the weather is good enough and the fancy strikes us. We mostly do this, well, simply because we can =)
Love homeschooling for that reason. One of my best memories was having the kids sit on the deck at the table and just listen to the sounds. Then write a poem. It's quite funny to hear them force the rhymes in fifth grade!
