Anyway, earlier this year, I had a chance to visit Galena Log Cabins and visit with their alpacas (which yes, was indeed fabulous!) While we were there I did purchase some alpaca yarn, because well, it was a special trip and it was nice splurge! It didn't take me too long to start knitting it up - but it did take forever for me to finish knitting it up! Well, last week, I finally finished it. And, dare I say, I think I have a new favorite scarf =)

I was able to wear it out already and had some nice compliments on it. Which I don't expect, but always love to hear!

The pattern is called Silver Bells and I found it at Ravelry!

And I love it. And I'm so glad I'll have a new scarf for this winter =)

P.S. Don't forget about my Wendy's gift card give-away over here!
That is really beautiful....definitely worth the time it took.
